JOHN STAUFFER
As Technical Director of The Rohm and Haas Paint Quality Institute for North America, John Stauffer is uniquely suited to educate the public on the benefits of using quality paints and coatings. His extensive technical knowledge, combined with his ability to put that information into "everyday" language allows him to communicate effectively to both novice do-it-yourselfers and professionals alike.

John has done extensive training of Rohm and Haas sales and technical personnel as well as employees of paint manufacturing and sales organizations. For over 35 years, he has provided technical guidance to paint industry personnel, and has overseen the development and introduction of raw materials for the paint industry.

John has written scores of articles for both internal and external publications. He also was intimately involved in the development of the Paint Quality Institute training program, which is now being used by paint manufacturers around the world.

In addition, John has been the guest on many TV and radio call-in shows, and has given many presentations and conducted seminars for various professional organizations on both the local and the national level, including the National Paint and Coatings Association (NPCA), and the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology, and The Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA).
